Throughout his career he was known as a powerhouse who set music into motion. Not only did
he write Blues classics such as "Hoochie Coochie Man" and "I Just Want to Make Love to You"
for Muddy Waters "Wang  Dang Doodle" for Koko Taylor; and "Back Door Man" for Howlin'Wolf,
he produced and played on hundreds of ground breaking recordings throughout his amazing
career. Willie Dixon’s songs are considered to be the greatest body of work of any Blues
songwriter. He will be greatly missed.

"The Blues are the true facts of life, expressed in words and song, inspiration, feeling,
and understanding."  -Willie Dixon
